OutSource Inc. was founded in 1991 and immediately became the leading CADD Training and CADD Services firm in the Mid-Atlantic region. Specializing in Technical Visualizations, customized, High-End CADD Training, and production drafting, OutSource became THE company to turn to for CADD. OutSource Inc. was rapidly sought after for teaming on government contracts for VDOT, WMATA, MWAA and others. OutSource's corporate office is in Front Royal, Virginia.

Our extensive background in High-End CADD work has resulted in OutSource being called on to develop Computer Renderings and Animations for Public Hearings. Our industry leading skills combined with our engineering education and experience soon received notice within the Legal Community. Over the past 10 years we have worked on Criminal, Civil and Personal Injury Trials and have become one of the country's leading Forensic Support Companies.

OutSource is an Autodesk Authorized Premier Training Center, an Autodesk Authorized Consultant, and one of the country's foremost experts in GPS-Guided Machine Control and one of the country's first Topcon Certified Machine Control experts.

OutSource Inc. becomes a Division of Carlson Software, 2006. OutSource joined Carlson Software with the vision and intent to create the highest quality training resource in the world. The new direction is a re-branding of OutSource into Carlson College, a concept being developed by Harry O. Ward, P.E. Detailed training programs, involving basics to advanced concepts, will be offered for all Carlson products, from SurvCE to Carlson Survey, Carlson Civil, Hydrology, Mining and Takeoff. Because Outsource is an authorized AutoDesk Training Center, courses on AutoDesk products are also offered. Companies can maximize software performance by availing themselves of these training offerings. Multiple forums and venues are being offered at fixed classrooms as well as locations around the country and at various resellers around the world.
